The scents smell natural and earthy to me. The sticks are quite slender, so I handle them carefully when taking them out of the tubes. I find them really relaxing once lit.

Normal incense gives my husband a headache because of the heavy smoke. This one produces just a thin wispy trail. We keep the living room window cracked slightly, and you just catch pleasant wafts every now and then. Burns for around 45 minutes, very relaxing.

The sticks are a good bit longer than the Japanese incense I usually buy. The little stand included holds them straight up, so the ash drops right down onto the plate without scattering all over the counter.

Gave this to my sister for her birthday along with a novel. The incense holder in the box is gorgeous and has a nice weight to it. She texted me that same night saying she lit one while reading on the porch and loved how subtle it was.

Most incenses give me an instant headache, but this set burns so cleanly. Very little visible smoke, just a thin trail drifting across the room. The sandalwood tube in particular is my go-to for reading.

Out of the four, Orange Jasmine is easily my favorite. It's an unusual scent but not overpowering, and I find it really comforting. These sticks work better in smaller rooms. In the living room, I have to light another one after a while to keep the scent noticeable.

Good way to try the scents before buying a 50g pack. They smell natural and subtle. The tubes are surprisingly sturdy. None of the sticks arrived broken despite a rough trip. Only giving 4 stars because I wish the tubes had little labels on the caps instead of just the sides.

Each stick burns for about 50 minutes, which is plenty of time to freshen up the front hall before dinner guests arrive. None of that harsh burnt wood smell you get with cheap incense.

The tubes keep them safe in my drawer, and each scent is distinct. Sandalwood and Palo Santo were the immediate standouts for me. Will definitely get the full size once these run out.
