Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Available destinations, shipping methods, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and any free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout. These depend on the delivery destination and the items in your cart.

Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are estimates only; carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our control can affect delivery times.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate before placing an order. If a parcel is returned because the address is incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you about available options.

For international orders, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.
