These terms apply to purchases made through the Oudhalo online store.

Products and orders

Our retail products are sold as fixed incense sets. The contents of a set cannot be changed. Product descriptions, availability, and prices are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout.

Order changes and cancellations

You may contact us to request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the Returns and Refunds Policy applies.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Xiamen, China, within 48 hours after the order is placed. Delivery is expected to take approximately 6–10 days after dispatch. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Local charges

If an order is affected by import duties, customs charges, or local taxes, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will assist you in understanding and addressing the situation.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
