This is not a sweet rose perfume, but a faint, delicate veil of rose resting upon clean, moist wood. The floral notes surface gently without powderiness, never overwhelming the room; the woody foundation brings composure and space.

Suited for brewing afternoon tea, tidying the desk, or when you wish to soften the room without unnecessary sweetness. Its beauty lies not in intensity, but in the subtle refinement that reveals itself only upon drawing near.

Scent Impression: Delicate rose, clean moist wood, airy and unsweetened.

Subtle floral, ash cleans up easily

I like how delicate the scent is. A stick burns for around 40 minutes when there's a breeze from the open window. The ash falls straight down and wipes away easily with a dry cloth.

Gentle scent for tea time

I light this in the afternoon while brewing oolong tea. The floral scent mixes with the steam from the kettle, and I find it really comforting. I'd recommend it if you like softer scents.

Dried petals, not perfume spray

I was hesitant because I can't stand synthetic rose scents. This smells like crushed dried rose petals brewed with dark tea. The agarwood keeps it from smelling too powdery or sweet. Each stick burns steadily for around 45 minutes.

Incense Guide

Handmade Bamboo-Free Incense vs. Bamboo-Core Scented Incense: What's the Difference?

Bamboo-free incense burns pure botanicals directly, whereas bamboo-core sticks burn the inner wood as well, which can add a burnt odor and heavier smoke.
