Seven-day withdrawal right
For eligible Taiwan distance sales, you may exercise the statutory seven-day withdrawal right after receiving an item. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
How to start a return
Within the applicable period, email oudhalo@hululucky.com with your order number and return request. We will provide the return steps and address.
Item condition
Please keep items, accessories, and packaging in the condition received. Necessary inspection does not remove statutory rights; use or damage beyond inspection may affect the return handling.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and reviewed, we will process the refund through the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.
